In a McDonald’s iced coffee, how many pumps of syrup are there?. I’d like to point out that the iced caramel macchiato was not disappointing, the beverage was rather flavorful. The shake resembled a latte, but I was still unable to determine what portion of the beverage was the actual drink (I was sure that they made it up to be an extra large drink, but I was incorrect). So, I tried out the new iced caramel macchiato. I know it’s simple to go to McDonald’s and get an Egg McMuffin or something, but I like to make my own fun. 
I’m not sure what type of person you are, but for me it’s kind of hard to open up the McDonald’s app when I’m hungry. I would just get a large caramel iced coffee and drink it down in a matter of minutes. The only thing that used to stop my craving for coffee was when I was in a rush and didn’t have time to go to the nearest coffee shop and grab a cup. I would drink it until my boyfriend asked me if I wanted to order something else because I was so thirsty. I would drink it every day whether I was hungry or not.
I didn’t care what temperature it was, if it was strong, weak, sweet, etc.
